August Loves...

I thought I'd do a little post about a few things that deserve a little shout out this month, from beauty products to nommy food stuffs, here we go...

The smell of this conditioner. Oh. My. Days.
I've tried a few in the OGX range now, I treat myself to them now and again, especially if they're on offer, as they're a bit pricier than a lot of brands. This was a new one to me so thought I'd try it out and I can't get over how amazing this stuff smells. I really reminds me of something. I don't know if it's another product I've had that may use the same fragrance or what, but if anyone knows what exactly the scent is please let me know!

Yeah it was as good as it looks! Feed Me Fully Loaded

After following these guys on social media for a while I finally got to try out their amazingly yummy (and totally plant based!) food this month.  It did not disappoint, yay!  We had the 'Campfire Comfort' on a hot dog, consisting of mac n cheese, and BBQ tofu pieces amongst its toppings.  They also do a great variety of milkshakes too, on our second visit I had a chocolate orange brownie one which was delicious.  If you're a fellow veggie or vegan around the East Midlands I highly recommend taking a trip down to Beeston and finding this somewhat hidden gem.

Ooft, another thing that smells amazing (we call each other over if we're about to break the foil on a new coffee).  We recently discovered Beanies flavoured coffee, I think this one may be my favourite, Cherry Chocolate. The other ones that are up there are Jaffa Cake, Mint, and Raspberry and White Chocolate.  I wasn't keen on the Pumpkin Spice one.  Have you tried any?

Rewatching these guys.  There's still a few episodes Dan hasn't seen so we've been working through them again.  I had them all on VHS as a kid, a whole rotating video rack thing was just pure Friends, mad to think the box set on dvd is now just in a box smaller than a shoebox.
Friends will always be one of my all time favourites, I can watch the same episodes again and again but still laugh (plus there's loads so when you're going through them all it takes a while to watch a full set anyway).

(There's us on that very same street on the WB studio lot last year on their Friends themed tour!)

Cadbury's have got three limited edition bars out at the minute and you have to vote online for which one you want to keep.  Annoyingly this one is third and it was so nice!  I've not tried the other two but they're just honeycomb and coconut...so there's already choc out there that have those covered! Bah.  I guess I need to stock up next time I see it.
But yeah, if you see this, I recommend it!

Getting excited about Paris!  We were meant to be going back in May so it was moved, and although we now have to quarantine when we get back according to new guidelines, I still can't wait.  I guess there's also a chance France will be taken back off the quarantine list before we go too.  I'm one of those people that embraces the pre-trip excitement through planning, other people find it exciting to look into things to see and do right? I've been enjoying creating my Disney accessories to wear on the day at Disneyland and watching Disneyland Paris videos on YouTube.  Things actually seem really good there with the limited capacity.  Neither of us have been to the Paris park and I'm super excited!  And just to be in Paris itself, I've been twice before but it must have been nearly 10 years since I was last there...that's crazy...how does time go sooo faaaast?

What have you been enjoying or feel deserves a shout-out? Let me know in the comments!
